STEAM at Rosny is both a physical space and way of thinking that uses STEAM as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking. The learning through STEAM is not restricted to the classroom but is where students are provided with stimulus, resources and mentors to explore their creativity, problem solving and collaboration skills to create products that have been born out of a question or idea. STEAM will develop 21st century skills in students and will permeate through the curriculum offerings at the senior secondary level.

What are the opportunities?

Students will be exposed to a range of innovative tools to amplify their learning through STEAM, which may include:

  • 3D design and printing
  • Laser cutting
